Selected MNA Lighting products include warranty support against manufacturing defects for the eligible warranty period shown on product details or invoice.
What Is Covered
Coverage may include manufacturing faults, premature failure under normal use, or verified electrical defects within the stated warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
Physical damage, wrong installation, voltage fluctuation, water damage on non-waterproof products, misuse, tampering or unauthorized repair are not covered.
Claim Requirements
Customers should share invoice/order number, product photos, issue details and installation/use information for review.
Warranty Resolution
Approved cases may be resolved through repair, replacement, credit note or another suitable support action after inspection.
